Hello SDWP family!
As you may have heard, or experienced, Microsoft Teams is having a lot of random issues lately. These are known issues with Microsoft and although there are a lot of "fixes" online such as this one, it appears we struggle with Teams app on a daily basis.
Microsoft is aware of these issues, but we currently do not have a permanent solution, however, we do have a clean workaround, see below.
WORKAROUND: use online version of Teams.

Log into www.office.com

On the left panel, click on Teams

You'll be prompted to install desktop app and switch, you can skip these steps and it will load Teams

Allow microphone and camera access when prompted
We trust this to be a more stable solution for now and we'll keep you informed as we hear more from Microsoft.
