This last version of RingCentral app has shown issues with not opening the App after a while. To fix this, please bring up your task manager (press CTRL+ALT+DEL and select task manager) or right click on a free section of your task bar and select Task Manager.
Once task manager is opened, click on More Details at the bottom - under Processes look for RingCentral - select it and click on End Task button at the bottom right section of task manager. This will force RingCentral to quit. You can then launch RingCentral again.
When RingCentral launches again, go to Help - Troubleshooting - Reset App Data. This will force the app to clear its cache allowing you to sign back into the app. Remember to select Single Sign-on at this point
