Subject: Feature update: adding pronouns and postnomials to email signatures
BCC: All staff
Hi colleagues,
A few months ago, we implemented CodeTwo for uniform signatures across the organization and to enable customer feedback links in email signatures. This has already been a huge help—we’ve been able to pass along kudos from customers who are so grateful for the service you all are providing and to rethink resources for process improvements. We’ve also heard that it’s made the onboarding process even easier for new hires.
We know a lot of team members are eager to add their pronouns to their email signatures, and update their names to include honorifics or postnomials (Dr., PhD, MPA, etc). That feature is now available!
See below for a note from Caro regarding how to utilize it if that’s something which interests you. You can make these updates whenever you’d like—there is no deadline for entering your information.
Huge thanks to Kiyoshi for making this feature possible, and to Caro for making sure that feedback got through!
Thanks,
Stephen

Hi folks,
Over the last few months, we have brought everyone’s email signatures into an app called CodeTwo. This software allows us to maintain a consistent design for signatures across the organization.
You can now add your pronouns, an alternative name, and honorifics or postnominals to your signature.
We want to keep cultivating an atmosphere of respect for one another and our customers. When we share how we want to be addressed and how we would like people to talk about us, we make it easier for this respect and open communication to be the norm.
To do so, visit this link. It should look like this—though you may need to log in to your Office 365 account first.:

In the box that says “Pronouns:”, enter the pronouns that people would normally use to talk about you, or that you’d like people to use.
For example, one could say,
I saw Stephen at the office today; he wanted to come with me to get an afternoon Starbucks, so I said that I’d wait for him.
or perhaps,
Do you know whose jacket this is? I want to make sure I can get it back to them.
When you enter your pronouns, please enter them capitalized and separated by a slash: He/Him, They/Them, She/Her, etc.
In the box that says “Display name:”, you can enter a different name if you would like. For example, I have listed my display name as “Caro” because I like that nickname.
If you notice your phone number or title are out-of-date or missing, please email helpdesk@workforce.org for a correction.
When you have entered the information for your signature, remember to press the button on the bottom that says “Save & update” so that the changes can take effect.
