
Contacting IT Helpdesk and submitting a Helpdesk ticket
We currently have two ways of contacting the IT Helpdesk and starting a support ticket:
- You can get live support by calling the IT Helpdesk directly Monday – Friday 7am – 6pm: 619-768-7002 or…
- Submit an email to Helpdesk@Workforce.org and this will automatically generate a Helpdesk ticket in Zendesk.
